BİİS Is Being Restructured Under Türk SEM

BİİS, one of the first services in Turkey to introduce this kind of business model, as covered by Donanım Haber on the small-jobs trend, even before İşin Olsun, now operates under Türk SEM Grup. Türk SEM Grup's software team took on the project, worked hard to take it further and delivered several pioneering innovations in the field.

Chief among them is the "Certificate" system. Our team noticed that some basic but very important jobs had no certification program, so they built a highly practical certification program for BİİS. Designed to smartly gauge the core knowledge of the people we hire, the platform draws 30 random questions from a pool of 70 for each certification program. Participants who score 80% or higher receive a certificate in their name.

Rather than focusing on popular job categories, BİİS focused on certification programs you won't find on any other platform. For example, it offers niche certificates for roles such as Office Assistant, Home Cleaning Staff and Content Writer. This helps us better understand how well the person who comes to clean our home knows which cleaner to use on which surface, or what to do in which situation.

Of course, BİİS is a job listing portal, and it will keep growing as one. But what sets it apart from hundreds of other job portals is not that it has a strong group or developers behind it; it is that the project itself is uniquely functional.

Certified services are essential for job seekers. A tow truck operator may be good at the job, but to prove they know exactly what to do in every situation, they need to earn the "Tow Truck Operator Certificate" in their field. Once certified, they will rank higher in listings such as Istanbul tow truck services. This is an academically sound way for them to prove both how seriously they take their work and how much they know.
